The aim of TGA, which was opened to meet the demand for Gastronomy and Culinary Arts education, whose recognition and reputation is increasing day by day due to wide job opportunities in our country, is to train young chefs equipped with superior knowledge and skills who can compete internationally and to promote Turkish culinary culture internationally. During the training programs, it is aimed to teach the candidates all the intricacies of the art of cooking from basic to the most advanced level, as well as to provide them with the basic knowledge of food and beverage management.
